- Return & Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- How to Start: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

- Await Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address (our friendly warehouse in the US).
- Pack ‘Em Up: Place the unworn, tagged socks in their original packaging (or a secure package), and include the RMA number inside the package. Pro tip: Reuse the box your socks came in if you can!
- Ship It Back: Mail the package using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number safe—like a rare Bear or Bird sock design!
- Let Us Know: Once you’ve shipped, reply to our email with the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your return.

💰 Refunds: When & How Your Money Comes Back
We process refunds as quickly as we pick out our favorite Farm or Kids socks for the day!
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll initiate the refund.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor’s policies.
- What’s Refunded: The full price of the returned sock(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new pair of joy to you!
⚠️ Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
To keep things fair and hygienic for all our sock lovers, please note:
- Hygiene is Key: For the health and happiness of all customers, we cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged socks. They must be in resellable condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Occasionally, we may have clearance or final sale socks. These will be clearly marked as “FINAL SALE – No Returns or Exchanges” on the product page.
- Personalized/Custom Socks: Based on our website menu and focus on standard, themed designs (like Bears, Birds, Cats, Dinosaurs, etc.), we currently do not offer personalized/custom monogrammed socks. Therefore, this non-returnable category does not currently apply. All our themed sock designs are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.
- Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number. Using a trackable service is highly recommended.
