Our store features themes like Bears, Birds, Cats, Dinosaurs, Dogs, Farm, Kids, Llama, Men’s Socks, and Ocean. We operate from our warehouse in the United States and ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Our goal is to deliver happiness from our warehouse to your doorstep!

2. Your Responsibilities as a Sock Lover

To ensure a smooth experience for all, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not attempt to disrupt its functionality.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent.
• Review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Our Sock-tacular Products & Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately display the colors, designs, and features of our socks (like our majestic Llamas or cuddly Bears). However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

3.2 What We Sell

We sell themed, personality-packed socks. We do not currently offer personalized or custom sock designs. All products listed are final unless marked as part of a clearance/sale (see Section 7).

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we accept only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount (including shipping and taxes, if applicable) to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

We hustle to get your joy packaged! Here’s our process:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Best for faster delivery with tracking.
  • Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment. Perfect for budget-friendly joy!
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only, starting when the carrier receives the package. Delays may occur due to customs, local post, or factors beyond our control.
• Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, except some remote areas and parts of Asia not served by our carriers.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

5. Our Happiness Guarantee: Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

5.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged socks.

5.3 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number.
2. Get Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and a US return address.
3. Pack & Ship: Send the items back with the RMA number, using a trackable service. We recommend reusing the original box.
4. Notify Us: Email us the tracking number once shipped.

5.4 Refunds

• Processing: Initiated within 3-5 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
• Method: Refunded to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Amount: Full price of returned socks. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We cover standard shipping for your new pair.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items marked “FINAL SALE – No Returns or Exchanges” cannot be returned. We are not responsible for return packages lost without a tracking number.

6. Intellectual Property: Our Creative Designs

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and sock designs (like our Bears, Cats, or Ocean scenes)—is the property of Oooh Yeah Socks Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oooh Yeah Socks Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website or products.
